Being an Outpatient Care Supervisor may include customer service, scheduling, clinical coordination, third-party and records management. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outpatient Care Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Outpatient Care Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Outpatient Care Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The Integrated Care Supervisor is responsible for the implementation, management, and daily operations of the integrated care model in the clinic across all service lines. They will advocate for integrated care and work collaboratively with key staff and community members to ensure SCCC Integrated Care Model is successful. The Integrated Care Supervisor is required to perform all duties, and essential functions, of the Integrated Behavioral Health Provider role. In addition, function as the clinical supervisor for Integrated Behavioral Health Providers in the clinic and SBHC, as assigned by DBHW. The Supervisor supports the clinical development of provisionally licensed, and newly hired behavioral health providers.
