    Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient offers a wide range of outpatient services across the state of Arkansas with service delivery models to fit the various needs of patients as young as age 5. We address a variety of emotional/behavioral health needs for children, teens and adults in a traditional clinic-based setting, but we‘re also able to offer support by providing options for therapy sessions in the school or home. As a part of Pinnacle Pointe Behavioral Health System, we bring over 25 years of experience providing quality care to children and adolescents. At Pinnacle Pointe Outpatient, we bring that same experience and attention when treating our adult population.

    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma. Preferred a minimum of three (3) years experience in a health care facility.
    • Requires knowledge of general office and phone skills as well as excellent organization, written communication skills.
    • Must have legible handwriting.
    • Computer skills necessary.
    • Must possess excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
    • The ability to handle confidential information and to maintain a pleasant & congenial attitude at all times is crucial.
    • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
    • Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
