Outpatient Care Supervisor oversees the daily activities and staff of an outpatient medical or specialty services facility or clinic. Coordinates clerical and administrative process and workflows needed to deliver care and services to patients. Being an Outpatient Care Supervisor may include customer service, scheduling, clinical coordination, third-party and records management. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outpatient Care Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Outpatient Care Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Outpatient Care Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Job Type: Full-time
Shift(s) Open: 3-11 and 11-7
Responsibilities of an (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor:
- Administrating treatments and documentation.
- Complete assessments to determine the resident’s needs.
- Use health assessment data to determine nursing diagnosis.
- Counsel patient’s family in meeting nursing related needs.
- All other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications of an (RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor:
- Must have an active RN license in the state of Connecticut.
