Outpatient Care Supervisor jobs in Passaic, NJ
Outpatient Care Supervisor oversees the daily activities and staff of an outpatient medical or specialty services facility or clinic. Coordinates clerical and administrative process and workflows needed to deliver care and services to patients. Being an Outpatient Care Supervisor may include customer service, scheduling, clinical coordination, third-party and records management. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outpatient Care Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The Outpatient Care Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. To be an Outpatient Care Supervisor typically requires 3 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Now Hiring: RN Supervisor
- Shift: Evening 3PM-11PM, Night 11PM to 7AM
Responsibilities:
As the RN Supervisor, your primary focus will be to ensure the smooth and safe running of the nursing home facility wing allocated by the Director of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- RN in NJ
- Serious applicants
- Previous Supervisory experience in a long-term care setting
- Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Compassionate working with the geriatric population
