Job Purpose/Function: Manage the day-to-day operations of the program/ unit, including, but not limited to providing supervision and guidance to the counselors, conducting regular chart audits, managing and organizing the treatment and staff schedule, and ensuring reports and data entry is timely and efficient. The Clinical Supervisor will assist with managing client crises and grievances while ensuring proper procedures are followed.
