The Outpatient Care Supervisor supervises a small group of para-professional staff in an organization characterized by highly transactional or repetitive processes. Omni Health Services is currently seeking a Licensed Supervisor for its Bristol Location.
This position is directly responsible for the clinical oversight of the agency, to include planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment services provided.
Responsibilities Include: Supervise mental health services staff, including on-going instruction in agency policy and procedures, training, clinical practices and laws and regulations. Assist in development and revision of agency policies and procedures. Responsible for the clinical operation and supervision of an assigned site, and/or group of therapists.
The Clinical Supervisor delivers clinical services to clients as well. The Clinical Supervisor also collaborates with the site Office Manager for efficient and effective site operation and coordination of services.
Job Requirements:
Masters in Clinical Psychology/Masters in Social Work.
At least three Full time paid Post-Master's mental health experience working with children, adolescents or adults, and at least two years of supervisory experience.
