Responsible for ensuring that high quality patient care is given and that there is economical and efficient performance. Being an Outpatient Clinic Manager monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outpatient Clinic Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Outpatient Clinic Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Our clinic managers are also team players, overseeing a staff of one to four technicians who perform laser and other procedures, and assist with all clinic duties.

BENEFITS
After the completion of 90 days, you will be eligible for
After 90 days on the job, your personal cosmetic procedures (eg. Laser Hair Removal, Ultrasonic Facials, etc.) are free so long as you are actively employed. You can also purchase cosmetic products that we sell and injectables at 'employee price'. This perk is solely at the discretion of the company and may be terminated at any time with or without notice.
WORK HOURS
Clinic managers work two Saturdays per month & are off the following Monday
Our clinics are open from 9 am to 6 pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays
JOB DUTIES
In addition to sales consultations, you will be trained to perform cosmetic laser procedures on clients and oversee a staff of 1-3 laser technician. Expect to spend approx. 50% of your time performing procedures.
SALES EXPECTATIONS
Your target is to generate $60k/mo. in sales (cash basis not accrual basis) for the clinic. The initial goal will be $30K/mo. (accrual basis) for the first 3 months. The job requires you to close sales through initial consultations, upsells with current clients, and develop referrals through our current client base.
FREE TRAINING
You will receive FREE Medical training. It costs us $3K-$5K to train a new employee. If you are hired, you may be required to drive/fly to Amarillo for 2-3 days for training. Your travel expenses will be covered by the company. You will be sharing a hotel room with another student. Should your spouse accompany you for the training, you will be responsible for the hotel room expenses. Our company provides ongoing technical training and sales support. Our team is encouraged to develop together.
DRESS CODE
Our clinic staff members wear scrubs with our logo. Ordering information will be provided at orientation. The first pair are to be ordered within your first 30 days of employment, and the second pair are to be ordered within 60 days of employment. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for a medical environment are essential. As part of your compensation package, you will be reimbursed $200 on your one-year anniversary.
NON-COMPETE CLAUSE
We require new hires to sign a non-compete clause. If hired, you agree not to work directly for our competitors in a 50-mile radius for ONE YEAR after voluntarily leaving the job; such as another clinic performing laser hair removal. We invest heavily in you, and it's only fair that should things not work out, you give our techniques to our direct competitors.
