We are seeking a proactive and organized Office Assistant to join our team at PainStop Spine Clinic. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks within the clinic. The most important qualities we are looking for range from excellent communication skills, professionalism, flexibility, honesty and hard working.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting on any task needed - flexibility on tasks and time is a must!
• Greeting and assisting patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
• Processing and forwarding information via mail, email, telephone, fax, and face to face interactions.
• Scheduling and maintaining appointments.
• Filing and documenting of important administrative and medical record.
• Maintaining patient records and ensuring their accuracy and confidentiality.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external correspondence between patients, employees, supervisors, vendors, and/or contractor.
• Making short-distance business trips when necessary.
• Assisting with other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.
• Must type at least 30 WPM.
• Must be able to use office equipment such as scanner, computer, printer, etc.
• Must have a driver's license and reliable transportation to work.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Must be trustworthy, organized, and able to keep all information private.
• Must be able to sit or stand for more than 6 hours and occasionally lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour
