Centro Medico Community Clinic is seeking a LVN or RN Clinic Manager Full-Time position available.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring efficient patient flow, and maintaining high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare management and possess strong leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement clinic policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Oversee patient scheduling to optimize appointment availability and minimize wait times
- Monitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care
- Implement financial management strategies to maximize revenue and control costs
- Utilize electronic health record system (ECW) to manage patient records and billing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate utilization management activities to optimize resource allocation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in clinic or healthcare management role
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare industry regulations
- Familiarity with managed care principles and utilization management processes
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Experience in financial management within a healthcare setting is a plus
- Background in nursing or veterinary medicine is beneficial

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour
