Duties:
- Manage and supervise clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

- Familiarity with managed care principles and utilization management processes
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Eaglesoft, Dentrix)
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Experience in financial management within a healthcare setting is a plus
- Background in nursing or veterinary medicine is beneficial
