Serenity Lane is seeking an experienced Outpatient Program Manager in our Eugene Campus with a minimum CADC II certification, who is interested in becoming a part of the Serenity Lanes team supporting our mission of helping people to transform their lives through the treatment of addiction. We are seeking a candidate who is motivated and dedicated to growing and expanding our treatment services. This person would be team oriented, with effective communication skills. They will manage quality of care in patient services. Patient census and retention development. Clinical and nonclinical staff development. Financial oversight for the office. Facilitate mental health services as applicable per credentials. Develop and maintain strong referent relationships and community partnerships.
