Outpatient Clinic Manager manages the day-to-day operations of an outpatient clinic/care center. Responsible for ensuring that high quality patient care is given and that there is economical and efficient performance. Being an Outpatient Clinic Manager monitors patient volumes, quality of care, and performance of staff to identify areas for improvement. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Outpatient Clinic Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Outpatient Clinic Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be an Outpatient Clinic Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Overview:
Doctors of Physical Therapy, a Physical Therapist owned, well-established Physical Therapy provider, is now hiring a full-time Clinic Director/Physical Therapist for their clinic location in Marshfield, WI. The office is patient-centered and results-oriented with a relaxed and friendly environment. As Clinic Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the clinic and treating patients.
The clinic is open Monday - Friday. Hiring a PT with full-time availability is required. PTs looking to work 5 days per week are preferred. Working four days per week at ten hours per day is a possibility.
The Clinic Director hired will work two nights per week until 7 pm. There is some flexibility in the schedule based on the candidate hired. No weekends / No holidays!
Caseload:
The PT hired will treat a wide variety of patients in a beautiful outpatient orthopedic setting. The caseload is a mix of outpatient orthopedics and Workers' Compensation cases. The Doctors of Physical Therapy clinic in Marshfield has a unique opportunity to work directly with a major employer to offer Physical Therapy without the hassle of insurance.
Clinic Directors should expect to treat 10-12 patients per day. Patients are scheduled every 30 minutes, with a PT Tech available to assist the clinician.
Compensation Benefits:
The salary for this position starts at $85,000 and goes up based on experience.

Job Requirements:
- Eligible for Wisconsin state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Managerial experience is preferred, but not required.
- 2 years of prior outpatient experience is preferred, but not required.
- A minimum of six months of experience is required.
- Full-time is required, a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
