Overseeing approximately 74 staff members, including providers, medical assistants, nurses and front desk staff.  

The Clinic Manager is responsible for staffing levels, operations, compliance, project management and provider relations.

This includes performance appraisals, hiring, training, disciplinary actions, time card approval, and metrics.

This position is located at our Family Medicine and Urgent Care in San Marcos-  

Monday to Saturday 8am to 5pm- Manager works a Saturday every six weeks. 

Minimum requirements and experience needed:

• Experience managing an outpatient ambulatory FAMILY MEDICINE/PRIMARY CARE, minimum 3-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field. 
• Budgeting, project management , process improvement, quality metrics and reporting experience is necessary. 
• Knowledge of medical terminology, legal and technical aspects of a medical records system, ICD 10 and CPT codes.
• 3-5 years  leadership and staff management experience is required in a family medicine outpatient clinic.
• Lean methodology is  desired.

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position.  If you are hired at TrueCare, your final base salary (within the pay range), will be determined based on factors such as education, knowledge, skills, and experience. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role.   Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future and continued salary growth.
