Infinity Sedation Dentistry is a fast-growing surgical dental practice with multiple locations in South Dakota and soon to be nationwide. We focus on high anxiety patients whose treatment is overseen by Board Certified Anesthesiologists, Dentists, and Registered Nurses. In addition to an amazing care team, we also employ Oral Surgeons and Endodontists.
Purpose of Position:
The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the communication between staff and management, maintaining a working schedule for the providers, and ensuring an ideal patient experience for the patients of Infinity Sedation Dentistry-Sioux Falls.
Responsibilities:
Lead the administrative team to meet the unique challenges of a broad scope dental clinic that encompasses several different specialties. Work with existing staff to help incorporate the processes required to expand the functionality of the clinic. Implement processes, trainings, and procedures for administrative staff. Work with clinical staff to better accommodate needs of the clinic as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinic leadership role
Ability to coach and train employees
Strong communication skills
Proven ability to coordinate, collaborate, and communicate effectively on projects
