A newly hired Qualified Professional may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.
The Qualified Professional works closely with the primary behavioral health clinician, and is responsible for; developing, implementing, evaluating and revising Person-Centered Plans which are reflective of each individual’s strengths, needs and preferences, providing symptom education to each individual to identify their unique symptoms and understand their diagnosis, providing supportive counseling (i.e. problem solving, role-playing, modeling and support), social-skill development, and assertiveness training to increase each individual’s social and interpersonal activities in community settings, providing crisis intervention and support in a manner consistent with each individual’s Crisis Plan, and collaborating and coordinating with various persons and organizations including schools, courts, probation officers, physicians and other healthcare providers, hospitals, law enforcement officers, social services, family members and community agencies.
