This position is responsible for the assessment, development, implementation, and management of outpatient services within a designated market. Under the guidance of the Regional Vice President, this position will be responsible for monitoring, supervising, and overseeing daily operations of their assigned facilities as well as collaboration on market-specific projects and initiatives.  In addition, this position will be responsible for the supervision of the Outpatient Directors in Colorado (Highlands Behavioral Health System, Centennial Peaks, and Cedar Springs) and will oversee the Step-Down Navigator; ensuring that step-down processes are adhered to including promotion of outpatient services, patient engagement, and routine data entry.  This position will gather and evaluate data through various platforms including Midas, MS4, SharePoint, etc.… to identify trends and drive development.

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Clinical/Counseling Psychology or Social Services related field is required, Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 -5 years prior experience working with a psychiatric mental health population, preferably in an inpatient or outpatient group setting required. Multi-location operational oversight with extensive project management experience. 
• Provisional License, LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred
• Additional Requirements: Ability to travel up to 50% of the time for site-visits, field analysis, and development.
