Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Additionally, Outpatient Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outpatient Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Outpatient Services Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. The Rehabilitation Team at Essentia Health-52nd Avenue Clinic seeks a physical therapist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be motivated, put patients first, work later afternoons (9 AM to 5:30 PM for example), and be a great team player. The current PT team treats patients with the following conditions: orthopedic, balance/falls/gait, cervical/back pain, TMJ, vertigo and pelvic floor conditions. We are looking for a skilled therapist to compliment this team.
The Rehabilitation Team at the 52nd Avenue Clinic consists of 3 other full-time PTs. This team works closely with the primary care team at the clinic.
No call, however there is a possible opportunity for assisting with weekend and holiday rotation at our Fargo hospital (Essentia Health-Fargo).
