    Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and talented
    DIRECTOR OF OUTPATIENT SERVICES (FULL-TIME).


    The Director of Outpatient Services directs, develops, and manages an effective IOP/PHP service for psychiatric patients. Works with other team members to assure appropriate care delivery consistent with internal / external standards. Serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team and carries a designated caseload. Identifying and developing new business and building community relationships. Verifies/precertifies insurance benefits as needed and communicate with the Business Office regarding benefits. Oversees general organization and service delivery for the program.

    Qualifications:
    Requirements:
    Minimum: A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field with a Mississippi license as an LMSW. LCSW, or LPC. Experience in developing and maintaining direct referral relationships in target markets and basic supervisory skills. CPR and De-Escalation certification required.
