We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor - Outpatient Clinician to join our team and provide compassionate care to our patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, and assisting with the development and execution of individualized treatment plans. The clinician will also be responsible for monitoring patient progress, providing crisis intervention, and educating patients on mental health issues. This position requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to remain calm in difficult situations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide emotional support to clients.
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client behavior.
• Provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to ensure the best care for clients.
