Job title: Outpatient RN Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Outpatient RN Services Manager to join our healthcare team. The primary role of the Outpatient RN Services Manager is to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of outpatient nursing services. This includes coordinating patient care, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and promoting a high standard of patient care.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of outpatient nursing services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and standards of care
• Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
• Participate in budget planning and manage resources effectively
• Provide leadership and support to ensure a positive work environment for staff

Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outpatient nursing management
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in electronic health records and other healthcare technologies
