Schedule: Full Time Days - Exempt Position

As the Director of Outpatient Services for MiraVista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge to where your voice matters. The Director of responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and clinical services of the Outpatient Services Department within an inpatient psychiatric facility.

How You Care for Our Patients

As the Director of Outpatient Services:

• Primary responsibility for directing and supervising the outpatient clinical operations with the direct support and oversight of COO/Hospital Administrator.
• Responsible for assuring compliance with all outpatient program policies and procedures, including but not limited to personnel, operations, UR, medical necessity, clinical supervision, staff training, case assignment, family liaison, public relations, and marketing support.
• Assistance in financial budgeting and reporting as indicated and directed.
• Work collaboratively with management to identify and design future projects within the mission and scope of the company.

You Bring Meaningful Experience

Successful candidates will have the following:

• Master's Degree required (LICSW preferred)
• Experience in a supervisory capacity in a health care facility preferred.
• Experience with Partial Programs (Substance Abuse or Mental Health) a plus.
• Experience with IOPs in Substance Abuse or Mental Health preferred.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards.
• Knowledge of Workplace Violence.
• Demonstrates Proficiency in Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
• Must have the ability to monitor appropriate documentation.
