SUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Director of Outpatient Services to oversee multiple Outpatient Substance Abuse facilities in the Tampa Bay area.
Some of your key deliverables will be:
· Responsible for clinical excellence across OP facilities w/ dual SA & MH services
· Increase revenue by 30%
· Increase compliance by 40%
· Decrease patient discharge rates by 20%
· Successfully increase patient engagement by 20% county wide
· Provide clinical development and supervision
· Increase patient census
REQUIREMENTS:
· Licensed in the State of Florida as an LMHC or LCSW.
· Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health from an accredited college or university.
· 15 years' experience in Mental Health or Substance Abuse.
· 5 years' experience supervising clinical staff in a behavioral, mental health and/or substance abuse facility.
· Thorough knowledge of program management principles, clinical systems and operations, quality assurance, and regulatory/accreditation agency requirements.
· Experience that provides both the advanced technical knowledge and the leadership skills necessary to run a large, multi-faceted, health organization.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including Saturday and Sunday
Ability to travel within Hillsborough County.
