Ensures quality care and services for patients by implementing systems and operational procedures to coordinate service delivery. Being an Outpatient Services Director aligns processes with business, clinical, customer service, quality, and financial goals. Monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Additionally, Outpatient Services Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Outpatient Services Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be an Outpatient Services Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Fee for Service:
$45/hour for MA Level
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65-$70/hour for independent license
Salary:
Full Time $64,000 - $72,000
Incentive for on-site:
50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity
Experience
Select clinical specialties
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
License in the state of Massachusetts
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
