Compensation:
Fee for Service:
$45/hour for MA Level
$50-$55/hour MA level with initial license or additional language capacity
$55-$60/hour with initial license and additional language capacity / high level of experience
$65-$70/hour for independent license
Salary:
Full Time $64,000 - $72,000
Incentive for on-site:
50% in person over a 3 month span will earn $750
75% in person over a 3 month span will earn $1000
90% and above in person over a 3 month span $1250
Premiums paid for:
Non-English language capacity

Qualifications:
Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required
License in the state of Massachusetts
Independent Clinical License within 2 years
Requires excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to manage one's own schedule with client outreach. Afternoon and evening availability is a plus!
