Looking for a full time DENTAL Front Desk/ Treatment Coordinator in Harlingen, TX. and Brownsville, TX. for a thriving Oral Surgery practice. Hours are Mon-Fri 7:25am-4:30pm. Seeking a person with an energetic personality, kind, dependable, and good customer service attitude. Candidate must be comfortable with being a team player, answering phones, scheduling appointments, presenting treatment plans and walking patients out . Experienced with using the medicaid portal, submitting medicaid claims and following up on authorization of medicaid claims. Candidate will also be responsible for verifying the P.P.O. insurance process, submitting electronic claims, appealing insurance claims, understanding the EOB. Candidate's additional duties will include posting payments, running daily and monthly reports, managing aging reports and overdue accounts. Candidate is encouraged to have a basic knowledge in dental implants, extraction of 3rd molars, medications given to patients after surgery, and be computer literate in using dental software; Excel, Word etc...) Medical Coding would be a plus. There may be days when I ask you to stay longer. Our normal hours are from 8:30am-4:30pm Mon-Thur and 8:30am-2pm on Fri.

We are willing to teach given you have the basic dental knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16,640.00 - $25,000.00 per year
