Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and physicians. Being an Outpatient Surgery Director monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Outpatient Surgery Director typically reports to top management. The Outpatient Surgery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Outpatient Surgery Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     Our patient population primarily consists of patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and outpatient neurological conditions. We carry a blended non-surgical and post-operative caseload with a great mix of sport-specific rehab as well as joint and spine management. We partner with  Bullock County Hospital to provide outpatient therapy services.

    We maintain an appropriate patient caseload and understand how valuable time is with patients so they can receive the best care available.  

    • All treatments are 1-on-1 with a patient care focus.

    License & Experience

     

    Requirements for this position include the following:  

    • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program  
    • Active or pending state physical therapist license 
    • Outpatient experience preferred
