Looking for a Medical Back office Assistant who is energetic, outgoing, and is a friendly individual with exceptional customer service skills and a passion for the aesthetic industry. Individual must be detail oriented, self-motivated, confident, and a quick learner, with the ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.

Position requires an individual with a positive attitude, excellent patient care skills, and product and service knowledge. The position serves an back office coordinator assisting with duties of patient care Including but not limited to front desk responsibilities, and back office. Individual must be an enthusiastic, devoted team player. The role requires a professional appearance, with an exceptional personality and intelligible performance. Willingness to cross-train other areas as needed.

Position Requirements:

• Must be able to assist patients and provide excellent customer service while being passionate and respectful within your role.
• Ability to manage and maximize clinic flow
• Take detailed notes during every patient encounter
• Handle data entry on a daily basis.
• Must be dependable, organized, have outstanding interpersonal skills with an impeccably clean professional image.
• Have the ability to learn quickly, retain training, problem solve and think independently.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service while being efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday with flexibility in regards to hours.
• Must have the desire to commit to long term employment
