```Requirements```
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) or other relevant healthcare license
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management or administration
- Strong knowledge of hospice care, home health, assisted living, nursing home, and related services
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in documentation review and nursing administration
- Knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
- Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
