Outpatient Surgery Director jobs in Worcester, MA
Outpatient Surgery Director creates, directs, and implements the policies and procedures for the outpatient surgical function. Ensures a high level of quality care and services for patients by coordinating and communicating operational procedures to staff and physicians. Being an Outpatient Surgery Director monitors, evaluates, and modifies programs while adhering to company guidelines and standards. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Outpatient Surgery Director typically reports to top management. The Outpatient Surgery Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be an Outpatient Surgery Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Oral Surgery Assistant Pay & Benefits:

Oral Surgery Dental Assistant Qualifications:
- MA Dental Assistant License
- CDA or COMSA a plus but not required
- Radiology Certification
- CPR/BLS
Oral Surgery Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the oral surgeon, assists with all surgical procedures and patients under local anesthesia, nitrous oxide, IV light/deep sedation, and general anesthesia.
Provides patients with pre/post-operative instructions regarding all procedures.
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to; greeting and seating patients, taking vital signs, the taking/developing of radiographs, seeing that operatories are properly decontaminated and stocked with instruments, cleaning and sterilizing instruments after each procedure.

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
