PACS Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communications Systems. Oversees equipment maintenance and systems testing, upgrading, and installing. Being a PACS Administrator acts as a liaison between the Radiology department and customers. Maintains positive vendor relationship. Additionally, PACS Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The PACS Administrator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. LG Electronics has an opening for an experienced PACS Medical Display Market Sales Engineer in the PACS OEM, and Hospital/Imaging Center Sales market. We’re building our sales force and are looking for an individual to support our consultative style selling. You will assist in developing business value propositions around LG Electronics Medical display products and solutions. You will help the Team drive sales with your technical knowledge, technical account management skills, sales ability, and a strong customer-first focus. We’re looking for a creative professional who can both take and give direction. He or she will work closely with our Sales and Product Manager to achieve the desired metrics and given target;
Key Responsibilities;
• Learn the technical details concerning Medical Display Products; special emphasis on Diagnostic and Clinical displays, and solutions.
• Deliver messaging of solutions to OEM PACS, Channel Partner and end user Radiology departments. Provide clinical workflow assistance that best fits LG Medical Display Products. Support customer’s technical related matters
• Be familiar with PC Hardware, Software, Network and server connectivity, DICOM conformance, including troubleshoot with customers as needed.
• Provide Pre-and Post sales technical assistance, discovery, and product education.
• Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data we receive through digital channels.
• Voice of the Customer. Capture review, and report feedback to support product development with R&D Department
• Gather and interpret customer requirements. Determine the best solution while working with the R&D Department and Product Manager.
• .Attend, manage and participate in all required shows, meetings and training sessions.
Job Requirements:
• BA/BS degree required or equivalent
• 3-year experience in Technical Support, end user or partner, in the Healthcare Information Systems Or Medical Display Technology Industry
• 3-years of PACS DICOM hands-on experience highly preferred
• Advanced experience in Hospital Information Systems (MCSE, CNE CNA)
• Full understanding of Medical Imaging Display Technology - preferred.
• Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
• Familiarity with project management solutions a plus
• Experience with Salesforce CRM a plus
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Remote software support application understanding a plus
• .Experience with X-ray devise or components is a plus
• Position may require 30-60% travel
Base salary $100,000-$140,000
