PACS Administrator is responsible for the daily operations of the Picture Archiving and Communications Systems. Oversees equipment maintenance and systems testing, upgrading, and installing. Being a PACS Administrator acts as a liaison between the Radiology department and customers. Maintains positive vendor relationship. Additionally, PACS Administrator requires a bachelor's degree. Requires a certification with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The PACS Administrator supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a PACS Administrator typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Responsibilities:
     
    NetSuite Administration:
    • Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the NetSuite accounting system.
    • Configure and customize NetSuite to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with accounting and finance requirements.
    Integration and Data Management:
    • Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and other financial systems to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
    • Manage data migration projects, ensuring the smooth transfer of financial data into NetSuite.
    Financial Process Optimization:
    • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.
    • Implement and optimize workflows, custom fields, and record types to streamline financial processes.
    User Training and Support:
    • Provide training to end-users on NetSuite functionality, ensuring proper utilization of the system.
    • Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support related to NetSuite accounting issues.
    Custom Scripting and Development:
    • Develop and implement SuiteScripts to address specific business requirements and enhance system functionality.
    • Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of custom scripts and applications.
    System Upgrades and Compliance:
    • Stay abreast of NetSuite updates and new features, evaluating their relevance to the organization.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements, making necessary updates to the system.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
    • Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification is a plus.
