Responsible for developing work process of the medical pictures production, archiving, and transmitting. Being a PACS Manager ensures the Picture Archiving and Communication System to meet diagnostic requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, PACS Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The PACS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a PACS Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     INFINITT North America is seeking a passionate and driven Demo SpecialistIn this role, the Demo Specialist will be responsible for scheduling and performing demonstrations for all INFINITT North America products. The Demo Specialist will present the product, answer customer questions, incorporate new and advanced features into the demonstrations whenever appropriate, and provide initial technical discussions on an as needed basis.  

     

     

    Principle Functions:

     

    1. Product Demonstration
      1. Provide quality product demonstrations to both prospective and existing customers

     

    1. Sales Coordination
      1. Work with sales to coordinate and schedule demonstrations

     

    1. Product Education
      1. Work with the Product Demonstration Manager to stay up to date on the latest product features, releases, and demo scripts

     

    1. Product Evolution and Improvement 
      1. Work with the Product Demonstration Manager and Chief Product Officer on product improvements and features that align with company goals to ensure INFINITT North America remains an industry leader

     

     

     

     

     

    Secondary Functions

    1. Document Creation 

     

    1. Maintaining/Cleaning Master Environment 
    1. Regular pruning / maintenance of the demonstration environment, ensuring that all components and modules are operating flawlessly. 

     

    1. Acquiring Demonstration Data
      1.  Constantly building the archive / library of demonstration data to include interesting cases, research studies, educational studies, etc.  Ensuring that one of each type of study is available to demonstrate at any given time.
    2. Ticket Assistance / Support 
      1. Supporting the Product Support and Applications Team with overflow of tickets that may be coming in
    3. Demo Environment Configuration
      1. Local employees would be tasked with configuring the demonstration equipment in preparation for demonstrations / trade shows. 

     

    Essential Experience 

    1. Previous PACS/healthcare experience (2-3 years)
    2. Minimum of two years PACS/healthcare imaging / informatics experience 
    3. Minimum of two years previous demo experience preferred, but not required
    4. Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
    5. Public speaking to both small and large audiences
    6. Excellent oral and written communication skills
    7. Excellent organization skills 
    8. Ability to perform under pressure or in high pressure situations
    9. Ability to prioritize, multi-task (as needed), and understanding of sense of urgency 

     

     

    Essential Characteristics

    13. Willingness to travel to hospitals, healthcare offices, tradeshows, etc. (roughly 40% travel expected, this could increase or decrease based on the season / business).
