Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at Updown Trampoline Park. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Interviewing, hiring, and training new staff members
- Managing and supervising all activities
- Handling cash transactions and maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders as needed
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall restaurant performance
- Planning and coordinating parties
- Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures

Skills:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in management or a related field
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in supervising staff members and delegating responsibilities
