PACS Manager plans and implements the overall Picture Archiving and Communication System policies, procedures, and services in a medical facility. Responsible for developing work process of the medical pictures production, archiving, and transmitting. Being a PACS Manager ensures the Picture Archiving and Communication System to meet diagnostic requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, PACS Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The PACS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a PACS Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     POSITION OVERVIEW

    Long Road Distillers is hiring a Front of House Manager to coach our FOH staff, lead our customer experience and build the Long Road brand at our Grand Haven location. This person will believe in and model customer service excellence for our team. They will coach and educate staff, foster a positive workplace culture built on respecting our brand, our customers and our team members, and will be part of a leadership team that is focused on innovation, growth and profitability .

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Ideal candidates will have:

    • Minimum 1 year cocktail bartending experience desired;
    • Minimum 3 years customer service experience;
    • Minimum 2 years management and leadership experience desired;
    • Passionate about brand building;
    • Track record of fostering a positive work environment with a culture of respect;
    • Experience working with craft brands preferred;
    • Understands that setting up their team for success is the number one priority;
    • Able to relate to all different types of people, both as customers and employees;
    • Has positive attitude, and can help others do the same;
    • Able to work long hours, primarily weekends and evenings;
    • Serve Safe Manager or TIPS Manager training prior to start date (employer supported)

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities to include (but are not limited to):
    • Positively and effectively coach and model LRD standards of service with FOH staff;
    • Supervise floor during Tasting Room hours; including but not limited to greeting customers, expediting cocktails and food, checking in on staff, hosting guests and ensuring cleanliness of all indoor and outdoor areas
    • Handle all aspects of customer experience to ensure guest satisfaction which may include correcting staff or order errors, navigating customer satisfaction complaints and/or assisting guests as needed so that they understand why systems we use are designed for the best possible experiences for all involved;
    • Daily pre-shift with FOH staff, and chef;
    • Ensure FOH staff have all assets needed to ensure successful communication during shift, ie: printed menus and feature sheets;
    • Manage FOH and BOH scheduling;
    • FOH and BOH employee hiring and training;
    • Coordinate systems for training, and implementation of new seasonal cocktails and food menus with Beverage Team and Chef;
    • Work with prep staff to create weekly prep schedule;
    • Be part of cocktail development team
    • Schedule and lead monthly staff meeting;
    • Manage labor costs;
    • Manage costs of goods;
    • Implement and carry out inventory tracking system for FOH
    • Organize and keep updated the Point of Sale software to meet the needs of guests, staff and management for organizational efficiency
    • Execute daily reporting for staff hours, wages, tips, etc
    • Report bi-weekly payroll calculations for FOH staff
