PACS Manager plans and implements the overall Picture Archiving and Communication System policies, procedures, and services in a medical facility. Responsible for developing work process of the medical pictures production, archiving, and transmitting. Being a PACS Manager ensures the Picture Archiving and Communication System to meet diagnostic requirements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, PACS Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The PACS Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a PACS Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     About the job:

    As an Oilstop Service Center Manager, you will blend technical and people skills to lead, develop and train others in providing excellent customer service. You’ll be on the bay floor, interacting with your team and guests to deliver the best experience for their vehicle’s needs while building trust and loyalty. You will be directly responsible for your team members personal and professional development.

    Service Center Manager duties includes:

    • The overall operation of a service center: hiring, training, serving team members, and delivering excellent customer service
    • Responsible for all administrative duties: inventory, scheduling, ordering, and financial performance of the service center
    • Serve, lead and train the team to optimize their development personally and professionally
    • Help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized service center to create an excellent working environment
    • Provide excellent customer service to every guest by serving their needs with honest recommendations and friendly hospitality
    • Build trust and win repeat business

    What You’ll Need to Succeed:

    • Minimum of one year of management experience required, preferably in a retail environment
    • Experience coaching, developing and leading a team
    • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a customer-focused team with effective interpersonal and communication skills
