PC Technician

Our fast growing company is looking for a qualified PC Technician. The ideal candidate is someone who is experienced in providing high-quality support to customers for PC components.

Job Details:

• Test and reproduce clients' reported hardware, communicate with clients to get system configuration, steps to reproduce issues
• Provide technical support for customers over the phone and through email
• Keep up to date with latest hardware, software and popular PC Games
• Travel/ onsite support when required
• Work overtime when required

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of personal computer and laptop repair/ troubleshooting/ test components experience
• Intermediate knowledge and familiarity with computer components
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English required
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
