PC Maintenance Technician jobs in Dayton, OH
PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Maintenance Technician

Omega Renovations and Property Maintenance is responsible for over 1,400 rental units in the Greater Dayton Area. At Omega, we take great pride in our quality of work and our ability to create great environments for our residents to live while also helping our Client’s maximize their return on investments.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair a variety of products ranging from cabinets, doors, vanities, trim, etc..
- Cut, shape and alter materials as needed.
- Measure and mark materials for alterations
- Maintain tools and equipment in safe operating condition.
- Maintain an organized and safe work environment.
- Procuring materials needed to complete work orders.
Requirements:

- Knowledge/Skills in minor electrical Repairs
- Knowledge/Skills in Appliance Repair

- Collaboration and teamwork
- Must have a reliable vehicle to get tools and materials to and from jobsites.
Compensation:
- Base pay starting at $22-25/hr with potential for increase after 90 days.
