PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. 1.0 Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing electronics and manufacturing equipment, including PLC controllers, HVAC, conveyors, among others. The Maintenance Technician will also be responsible for installing, inspecting, and improving the efficiency of the equipment while adhering to safety, quality, and operational efficiency requirements.

4.0 Credentials and Experience:
Maintenance I – Entry Level (Apprenticeship)
· Must have a high school diploma; with one year hands on trade school in the electrical field.
· To reach the next level of Maintenance II, Level I will receive on the job training under a skilled maintenance Tech to achieve performance goals
· Complete the Basic ABB Robot training.
· High Pressure rebuild Entry Level (Heads, Intensifiers)
· 24 volt Entry Level Diagnostics
· CMMS
· Entry Level Mechanical (Bearings ,Gearboxes, Assembly)
· Preventative Maintenance Entry Level
· Ability to absorb information from Experienced Trainers
Maintenance II
· Must have 4 years’ experience in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Technology, Electrical, or a closely related field in a Manufacturing environment; or
· Safe work practices
· Change Main Hydraulic Cylinders (Ovens, Presses )
· Comprehensive Knowledge to rebuild of all High pressure systems (Heads, Intensifiers and lines)
· To reach the next level of Maintenance III, must be able to train Tech 1 and Tech 2 proficiently
· Must have Advanced ABB Knowledge
