PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Irrigation Maintenance Technician. This position would be responsible for the installation, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance of underground sprinkler systems.
This position requires knowledge of underground sprinkler systems. This job requires physical abilities such as physical strength, manual dexterity, and wrist-finger movement in order to perform the essential functions of the position.
The irrigation technician performs detailed monthly irrigation inspections, notes deficiencies, and makes approved repairs as needed. Troubleshooting and irrigation system retrofits knowledge are required.
COMPENSATION:

Qualifications
- Possess a valid Florida driver’s license is required
- High School diploma /GED
- Experience as an irrigation technician for 2-5 years
- 2 forms of ID required
- Able to communicate in English both spoken and written
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions if it’s safe
Duties and Responsibilities
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Conduct scheduled monthly irrigation inspections
- Ability to troubleshoot wiring issues
- Ability to upgrade existing irrigation systems
- Ability to install new irrigation systems
- Complete paperwork in an orderly and timely manner
- Maintain vehicle and equipment clean and in good working order
- Communicate with managers daily before and after the job completion
- Work independently or on a team as required
This is a full-time position. Salary commensurate with experience.
