PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Environment Control is seeking a full time Special Service Tech.
The Specials Tech will maintain the cleanliness and quality of carpets, upholstery, VCT tile, other hard surface floors, buffing, and window cleaning.
Duties include:
-High Speed Buffing
-Stripping and waxing hard surface floors
-Extracting/Encapsulation carpet and upholstery cleaning
-Single story windows
-Construction cleaning
-Any other tasks deemed necessary by the operations department
Requirements:
-At least 1 year experience preferred
-Team oriented
-Must be able to pass criminal background check
-Must have a valid driver's license
-Be able to push, pull, and lift 50 lbs on a continuous basis.
