PC Maintenance Technician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals. Resolves internal user problems and ensures correct operation of personal computers. Being a PC Maintenance Technician maintains parts inventory and logs all service/repair activity. May perform system setups for new hires. Additionally, PC Maintenance Technician may require an associate degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a project leader or supervisor. The PC Maintenance Technician possesses a moderate understanding of general aspects of the job. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area. Class A property seeking a Maintenance Technician whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. This is achieved by performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols.
On-call nights/weekends will be required.
Monday-Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM are normal business hours.

CPO or CFC certifications are a HUGE plus, but not required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, interior/exterior repairs, janitorial , painting/drywall, appliances, etc.
Own, reliable transportation with a valid drivers license is a MUST.
