PC Support Manager manages a team that provides personal computer deployment and support, including setup, installation, repairs, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Maintains the necessary hardware and software inventory and oversees the administration of required licenses. Being a PC Support Manager analyzes PC resource requirements and evaluates available vendors, products, and services that will meet the organization's needs. Implements training programs and develops documentation to support end-users. Additionally, PC Support Manager possesses experience in a LAN environment, a strong understanding of PC operating systems, security tools, and extensive knowledge of all commonly used PC software and products. We are seeking an experienced and energetic office manager to help lead our growing practice. We have multiple locations throughout southeast Michigan with our main office in Novi. All candidates must have a proven record of leading a team either as a medical office manager or position lead. Previous ophthalmology experience is preferred but not required.
Manager will work closely with managing doctor and position coordinators on all aspects of the practice including but not limited to: staff recruitment and training, implementation and improvement of office procedures, managing patient and employee scheduling, outreach to referring offices and implementation of new practice initiatives.
Office manager must be willing to travel to all offices and fill in when needed at positions of need due to absence of other team members.
