Overview

We are looking for a Receptionist PC to join our team. This position will report directly to theAssistant Director PC,Branch Director PC and is responsible for answering phones and receiving visitors to office in a courtesy and professional manner.

• Assist walk in applicants and distribute applications to appropriate staff.

• Operate switchboard and make station connections.

• Answer and screen incoming calls, routing those calls to the appropriate location.

Compensation may vary within the salary range provided based on several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s location, experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications and department equity. Gentiva provides associates with a comprehensive benefits and total rewards package, of which base pay is just one piece.

Salary Range - $14/hr

About You

• High School diploma or equivalent (GED).

• A minimum of one year of basic office and telephone skills, preferred. A minimum of one year customer service experience, preferred.
