The ideal candidate would oversee the daily operations of our Dental office and should have strong organizational and leadership skills, as well as experience in office management. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, knowledge of insurance policies, treatment planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.
Duties:
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
-Treatment planning
-Verifying Insurance policies, submitting, and following up on claims
-Running Reports
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
Skills:
- Proven experience in Dental office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Dentrix
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
