Location: Nouveau Day Spa (Kennewick, WA)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Practice Manager to join our team. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our medical practice, ensuring that all aspects of the practice run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical practice, including scheduling, billing, and patient care
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices
• Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
• Monitor and manage the practice's financial performance, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and financial reporting
• Ensure that the practice maintains a high level of patient satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and quality care
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, patients, and vendors
• Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop and implement strategies to achieve practice goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
• Strong financial management skills, with the ability to analyze financial data and develop budgets
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and practice management software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
