Implements training programs and develops documentation to support end-users. Roswell Park Care Network is looking to add a Full time IT Support Technician based out of our Orchard Park, NY location and travels between office locations within WNY.
The IT Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the organization's internal network systems, workstations, telephony, and applications. Responsibilities also include answering employees' technical questions and providing general technical support.
