Orthopedic Surgical Partners is a busy Orthopedic practice spanning 4 towns: Rocky Hill, Manchester, Avon, and Willimantic. Seeking experienced office manager for our Willimantic location. This role is responsible for the organization and coordination of daily office operations. Provides day-to-day operational, technical, and problem-solving leadership on administrative matters. You will work closely with the medical providers, management team and other health care personnel. As a medical office manager, you should demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to perform well in stressful situations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years medical practice management experience a must
• Experience as a medical office manager
• Ability to handle medical records discreetly
• Knowledge of medical issues and terminology
• Excellent organizational and time- management skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well in stressful situations
• Communication skills and customer service orientation
• EHR experience a must
• Proficiency in computer software applications (Excel, PowerPoint, MSWord)
• Ability to promote a team atmosphere of trust and professionalism
