Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, sales management expertise, and the ability to effectively supervise a team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in managing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues
- Supervise and train staff members to ensure they meet performance standards
- Manage cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in cash register transactions
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Store Manager for stock replenishment
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members
- Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales management or retail supervisory role
- Strong cash handling skills and ability to manage financial transactions accurately
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling various payment methods
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Ability to conduct interviews and make hiring decisions based on qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Experience in shift management, including opening and closing procedures
- Familiarity with pricing strategies and promotions
