Being a Package Design Manager incorporates industry practices and any regulatory requirements into package designs. Ensures that design and branding standards are utilized consistently for all packaging. Additionally, Package Design Manager collaborates with production, marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that meet all requirements and adhere to the budget. Office Manager
We are looking to fill a part time role here at our office. Ideally this person would be available 2 -3 days a week from 8am to 5pm (Start time can be flexible). Job entails:
Recordingday to day financial transactions & complete the posting process
Bringing the books to the trial balance stage
Entering data, maintain records & create reports & financial statements
Process accounts receivable/payable
Handling payroll (including employee time-keeping)
Generating real-time project cost to assist with data for budgeting/quoting
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping & accounting receivable/payable principles
Proven ability to calculate, post & manage accounting figures & financial records
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, MS Office & proprietary software
High degree of accuracy, organization & attention to detail
Secondary roles/responsibilities:
Answer telephone calls/emails from customers & clients & directing them to relevant staff
Maintain office supplies
