• Project Coordination:
• Assist in the coordination and management of interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Work closely with the lead interior designer to develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Design Assistance:
• Support the lead designer in creating design concepts, mood boards, and presentations for client meetings.
• Utilize graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and SketchUp to develop visual representations of design ideas.
• Assist in space planning, furniture selection, and material sourcing.
• Client Communication:
• Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing project updates as needed.
• Assist in preparing and presenting design proposals, ensuring alignment with client preferences and project objectives.
• Documentation and Administration:
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and design specifications.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical project files for easy access and reference.
• Assist in preparing project reports, budgets, and progress assessments.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other team members, including architects, contractors, and design assistants, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide support to team members as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and SketchUp.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Mydoma is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
