Being a Package Design Manager incorporates industry practices and any regulatory requirements into package designs. Ensures that design and branding standards are utilized consistently for all packaging. Additionally, Package Design Manager collaborates with production, marketing, vendors, and other stakeholders to deliver designs that meet all requirements and adhere to the budget. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in industrial design, art, graphic design or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Package Design Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Package Design Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Position Overview:

    The Sales Account Manager works in tandem with the sales manager and is a full-time position within the sales division. This person is responsible for the accounts under the sales manager and helps to create pricing proposals, contracts and keeps the account on a specific timeline. This manager is also responsible for internal and external communication as it pertains to specific programs and collaborates with all teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Establish and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients in the technical field.
    • Identify and locate new clients using networking and lead-generation methods.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies targeted at achieving revenue goals within a specific industry or revenue bracket.
    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the field and product features to align products with clients' needs.
    • Address client inquiries regarding products, their applications, and the industry in general,
    • Provide clients with information, quotes, credit terms, bid specifications, and other relevant details.
    • Negotiate prices, sales terms, and service agreements. Prepare contracts and process orders.
    • Collaborate with different departments, including purchasing, management, and various staff members, to ensure accurate and efficient order processing and distribution of products.
    • Periodically compile and report results, account status, and leads to the sales manager.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to support and monitor business leads through communication, site visits, and internal meetings.
    • Work closely with Creative and Operations teams to enhance the sales process.
    • Collaborate on selling Destination Management Company (DMC) and event services.
    • Act as a bridge between different departments, such as Creative, Sales, Floral, Studio, Warehouse, and Graphics, to ensure smooth communication and cooperation.
    • Review and prepare proposals, cost sheets, and contracts for clients.
    • Attend site inspections and client meetings as required.
    • Communicate effectively through written correspondence and oral communication with clients, hotel/venue contacts, and internal teams.
    • Manage vendor communication, costing, and collaboration.
    • Collaborate with coordinators to oversee workflow and business management.
    • Manage individual client program files and initiate internal workflows.
    • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the company's full range of design, production, printing, entertainment, floral, and destination management services.

    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, being able to work effectively with all levels of personnel.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Working knowledge of accounting practices.
    • College degree preferred or equivalent.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
    • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
