Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various real estate projects (fix & flips, contractors, etc.) from start to finish. You will work closely with our contractors and team leads to ensure project success and deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to set project goals and to ensure smooth project execution from beginning to end, keeping everyone focused on goals and deadlines.
• Create detailed project plans with timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Conduct frequent site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Keep everyone informed and coordinate among team members, stakeholders, and clients.
• Use project management methods to ensure projects run smoothly.
• Keep an eye on progress and address any issues or obstacles that arise during the project, finding practical solutions to keep the project on track.
• Manage communication and hold frequent meetings between all parties involved in the project, including clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to update everyone on progress.
• Keep all project documents organized and up to date.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and building codes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual preferred. (English & Spanish)
• MUST have 3 references from past related jobs available.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager.
• Familiarity with project management methods like Agile or Scrum.
• Comfortable using project management tools.
• Good communication skills, able to explain things clearly to different people.
• Able to lead and motivate teams.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Understanding of keeping costs under control and below or within budget.
• Experience in improving business processes is a plus.
• A history of successfully managing programs.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
